This Program Works For Everyone

This Truth About Abs review covers my own personal endeavor to attack the belly fat on my own body. I wanted washboard abs like the guys on television. I wanted a six pack of my own.

The funny thing is: I didn’t want to work at it. I’m not going to tell you that you do not have to work at getting the abs that you so deeply admire and desire. I will tell you that Truth About Abs explained to me that a lot of “facts” that I thought were the truth about attaining the goal of flat and sexy abs are simply not the right way to go. I’m here to tell you not to fall for the “ab toner” scams on the infomercials that boast that their product will create sleek and sexy abs. All you need is Truth About Abs.

I’m posting my Truth About Abs review for the people that think that they are stuck with “love handles” and “muffin top stomach” for the rest of their lives. Is that you? Have you given up on getting rid of that pouch that is covering your six-pack abs? You mean you don’t love to do crunches?

Truth About Abs by Mike Geary unveils the secrets to the sexy abs that people like you and me strive for. It also uncovers myths that hinder your ability to design the ultimate washboard stomach.

Please note that this is my review. If you wish to visit the truth about abs website, please click here.

Myth #1

All “healthy foods”, low calorie foods and weight loss meal plan foods will help you lose the belly fat. Not true. There are plenty of foods that are considered “healthy” that contribute and add to the belly fat, believe it or not. Truth About Abs reveals the truth about foods and how they affect your body, with a focus on your abs. I realized the mistakes that I was making when I consumed prepared diet meal plans and why they were not reducing my belly fat.

Myth #2

Sit-ups, crunches, and ab machines are the only way to that washboard stomach. These are unnecessary exercises when it comes to sexy abs. Through research and trial and error, Mike Geary discovered the truth about these exercises and found a better way to sculpt the abs. Truth About Abs taught me custom made exercise routines that trimmed my stomach all the way down. They were easier, too!

Myth #3

Cardio exercises are essential to trim off the extra weight around the waist. Again, this is the wrong information. There are specific exercises that will drop that weight off of the waist and slim up the belly. Truth About Abs was my key to the right type of exercise to target the stomach area. I found that the techniques in the book were so much less strenuous than cardio exercises.

Myth #4

You need supplements and other pills to help you burn the fat off. Wrong once more. I was actually surprised to learn that these supplements were not necessary for the body. If you are eating the proper nutrition that your body needs, why would you need to supplement it? I guess that makes sense. Truth About Abs taught me though I can get everything I need from natural foods and that the burn-the-fat diet pills were not going to give me the results that I was striving for.

Myth #5

There are a myriad of new fad ab rockers and belts that are out on the market that will definitely create steel abs. Don’t waste your time on these things. I bought every new ab fad on the infomercials on television claiming to the best thing on Earth for the abs. They don’t work; they are gadgets and gimmicks that are made to make the person who invented them for money. I have a closet full of these gadgets and there is a reason that they sit in the closet alone.

My Truth About Abs by Mike Geary

Mike Geary helped me lose the belly fat with his Truth About Abs program. He is highly educated, with a Bachelors of Science degree and the qualification, Certified Nutrition Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer. His career started as a personal trainer, and he was frequently asked about belly fat and how to lose it. In order to come up with the answer, Mike tested out numerous programs, similar to all of the programs that we have all tried, on his own.

While working through these programs, he found his own unique solutions and techniques to attain sleek abs easier and more efficiently. I’m so glad he decided to share his research and studies with all of us!

Truth About Abs is one of the books that Mike Geary has written to share with the world. They are all popular sellers and have helped nearly 1 million people change their lives. I am one of those people on that list. He is still testing out various exercise and diet strategies to help people like you and me change flabby belly into abs of steel.

This Program Works For Everyone. You don’t have to in your twenties to do these exercises, either. Mike Geary has formulated an exercise program for all ages, whether you are a man, a woman, a senior or even a teenager.

Losing belly fat is not just about exercising it away. I found out quickly that I had to lose the flabby part of the belly by eating foods that encouraged that excess fat to slim down.

Truth About Abs is not just packed full of exercise information; it is a wealth of knowledge about fitness altogether. I learned nutrition information that outlined the types of food that I needed to be eating if I wanted to lose the weight. I started understanding why the gimmicks from those infomercials were not working.

In the midst of learning all of this new information about trimming, slimming, and toning the midriff, I also turned my abs into the sculpted form that I had secretly envisioned for so long. Truth About Abs is a program that you can use on an ongoing basis for the rest of your life. It’s not a one-time-shot program. This one is for life. My Truth About Abs review is my way of saying, “You need to try this program if you want rock solid abs!”

Michael, I did so much cardio and still didn’t look the way I wanted to after months and months of working out. Thanks for sharing your story, man! I can see my abs now!

I couldn’t get rid of that “extra layer” over my stomach. My six pack attracts attention on the beach now. Girls flock to me now. Thanks, Michael!

Thanks for outlining those myths about weight loss and dieting. I believe all of those misconceptions, too, and losing weight became a problem for me. I’ve lost 5 pounds and I can see the muscles forming now!

I’m a female, too, and I was struggling to figure out how to lose the pooch on my stomach. Truth About Abs really works! It’s not as much work as I thought it would be. Thanks for telling me about it, Michael.

I’m in my forties and tried out this program. Michael, you said “the program works for everybody” and you were right! It’s harder to lose that excess weight on your abdomen when you are in your forties and even harder to do the exercises. You couldn’t have been any more accurate! Even if you’re in your forties, you can do these exercises and trim down the belly fat. Thanks!

I just wanted to get that six-pack abs look to impress the ladies. LOL It only took me 3 weeks to have the washboard effect. Thanks for the advice, Michael!

Your review broke down every last myth that I believed in. No wonder I couldn’t get rid of the extra flab on my stomach. Weight loss programs will say anything to get you to buy them, won’t they? Thanks for your review. I’m so glad someone is honest.
